How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship in 3-7 business days outside peak holiday times. Check the Shipping & Production page for the latest updates from the print lab and specific product estimates.

Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?

You can add a custom Gift Note to your order in the cart! We’ll print your note on thick paper and tuck it neatly in the box. We don’t offer gift wrapping, but orders come nicely packaged and we don’t include any invoice or receipt in the box so shipping direct with a gift note is a great gifting option. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes! Once you place an order, email us and we can send you a URL to re-order the same product. If you are shipping the same thing to more than 10 addresses, we can handle this for you and send an invoice.

    Christmas present

    I’ve been using Social Prints service for 10 years now. I’ve purchased several products including the photo books, photo blocks, canvas prints, photo strips, stickers… the quality is always top notch and never disappoints. My mom loved the photo book I made for our trip last winter. Cant wait to continue this tradition with every trip or significant event!

    Great for over a decade

    I just went back through my old emails to see the first time I see Social Print Studio, and it was in July 2014. Since then it’s been my go-to for every birthday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas for every person in my family. Grandparents in particular. I get the photo albums (I’ve tried them all — soft cover, hard cover, and lay flat) consistently, but I’ve also tried the smaller prints, framed prints, metal prints, and magnets. They can do no wrong. Seriously. Everything comes quickly and the packaging is minimalist but nice enough to use on its own as wrapping paper. I’ve had a few times over the years where I needed to contact customer service and they’re always prompt, polite, professional, and very helpful with any issues I’ve had. Excellent price for a unique and thoughtful gift.

    Excellent quality

    If you have ever made a cheap-o one of these from a local store, when you get this one you will be blown away by the quality. It was easy to place the photos and captions. Book was exactly what I was hoping for!
