We print and produce each order in our professional print lab in California. We pride ourselves on quality, consistency, and fast delivery. Occasionally, there are factors (special requests, high order volume, production problems, etc.) that might cause your order to be delayed.

  • Our recommended order dates for the contiguous USA have now passed. However many orders placed today still have a good chance of getting to you by Christmas. Upgrade shipping for best chance.
  • California and west coast orders in general will ship more quickly. We also ship Daily Calendars from Missouri, so if you ONLY have daily calendars in your cart (no gift note), those will also ship pretty quick to the midwest and east coast.
  • Upgrading shipping does not move orders through production any faster.
  • Frames, Photo Books, Layflat Albums, & Tiny Books are the slowest products to ship right now and you should not expect them to make it by Christmas.
  • View the "Ships Fast Collection" on the site to see the products with the least production time.

We are unable to guarantee any delivery estimate, nor are we able to expedite orders that have been delayed in production or shipping. It's just a crazy time of year and we are already pushing as hard as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

Generally

We're a small business making handmade, customized products. It's good to note that it's better to order sooner rather than later to leave plenty of time for production and shipping.

We recommend shipping to your final gifting destination and adding a gift note.

Gift Cards

Yes, we sell gift cards! We’ll email you a gift code for you to send to your recipient. Or print it out and tuck it into a card. Let the hard-to-buy-for person in your life choose their own photos to print however they’d like. Shop Gift Cards.

Gift Notes and Gift Wrapping

Add a custom gift note to your order! Choose from five custom templates to add a personal note.

While we do not offer gift wrapping, our packages are quite nice to open! Daily Calendars and Layflat Albums come in kraft boxes ready for your flourishes. Frames arrive wrapped in kraft paper. We encourage you to reuse packaging elements as a part of your wrapping whenever you can.
