How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship in 3-7 business days outside peak holiday times. Check the Shipping & Production page for the latest updates from the print lab and specific product estimates.

Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?

You can add a custom Gift Note to your order in the cart! We’ll print your note on thick paper and tuck it neatly in the box. We don’t offer gift wrapping, but orders come nicely packaged and we don’t include any invoice or receipt in the box so shipping direct with a gift note is a great gifting option. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes! Once you place an order, email us and we can send you a URL to re-order the same product. If you are shipping the same thing to more than 10 addresses, we can handle this for you and send an invoice.

    Very cute ornaments, obviously. But have to shoutout the customer service. My package was stolen, opened, and ditched in a yard. Fortunately someone found it and I got it back, but unfortunately they kept the ornaments that didn’t have a person or pet in the photo. I replied to the email I got about my order and asked for the missing ornaments to be replaced. I also asked if they’d be willing to send the replacements via USPS instead of UPS, so the package would be left in my locked mailbox instead of outside my door. They were SO accommodating to both of these requests, no questions asked. Have been ordering from Social Print Studio for years and will certainly continue!! Thank you!!! <3

    Gift for a friend

    I sent a couple of the metal ornaments to a friend who just lost her husband. This is her first Christmas without him and it would also have been his birthday. I wanted to remind her of the love and memories he’s created for her and their little ones during this Christmas season by keeping his memory alive on the tree. My friend absolutely loved the ornaments and said the pictures came out so beautifully. The weight of them are really nice and she mentioned the overall quality is amazing.

    Best “no-brainer” gift ever!

    The metal photo ornaments are so easy to design—love all the shape options—and the quality is excellent, with sharp, clear images that color match the original photos. I’ve ordered dozens of these and they’ve all looked great and been well received as gifts. And they’re affordable! What’s not to love?

    Metal ornaments

    I love getting these ornaments out each Christmas. Pictures of my children and grandchildren and of course, Stanley Brown, our dog, are the first ones to go on the tree.

    I also give these ornaments as gifts to new mothers to mark baby’s first Christmas.
