      How long does it take to receive my order?

      Orders typically ship in 3-7 business days outside peak holiday times. Check the Shipping & Production page for the latest updates from the print lab and specific product estimates.

      Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?

      You can add a custom Gift Note to your order in the cart! We’ll print your note on thick paper and tuck it neatly in the box. We don’t offer gift wrapping, but orders come nicely packaged and we don’t include any invoice or receipt in the box so shipping direct with a gift note is a great gifting option. 

      Do you ship internationally?

      Yes, we ship worldwide.

      Can I ship to multiple addresses?

      Yes! Once you place an order, email us and we can send you a URL to re-order the same product. If you are shipping the same thing to more than 10 addresses, we can handle this for you and send an invoice.

        I really like the quality of the paper and prints. It makes an amazing gift, and the layouts, etc when you edit it are really good too

        Pictures a touch dark, quality of book great overall

        Knocked down a star because the pictures were a touch darker than expected. That said, the book binding, paper weight is exactly what I needed. I also didn’t want very glossy pages and SPS delivered on that front. I’ll order again but will adjust the brightness on my photos before uploading next time.
