How It Works

Product Details

  • Pet portraits make a great gift, however please allow 2 extra days in production for our artist to create the artwork.
  • To move faster, email us after your order and let us know to wave the proof preview and just move as fast as we can.
  • Note: wood and metal options will be faster in production than framed options.

  • Pet portraits typically take 3-7 business days to print and package. Wood and metal options will be faster than framed prints.
  • Shipping is available worldwide with options in the US for 2-day and Overnight.

  • Shipping is free over $120 on orders within the contiguous US.

Upload any photo of your pet. Photo(s) that show your pet head-on work best. Once you submit your order, our artists digitally transform your pet. If your photo doesn’t meet our criteria, we will reach out.

Pet Portraits FAQ

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship in 3-7 business days outside peak holiday times. Check the Shipping & Production page for the latest updates from the print lab and specific product estimates.

Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?

You can add a custom Gift Note to your order in the cart! We’ll print your note on thick paper and tuck it neatly in the box. We don’t offer gift wrapping, but orders come nicely packaged and we don’t include any invoice or receipt in the box so shipping direct with a gift note is a great gifting option. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes! Once you place an order, email us and we can send you a URL to re-order the same product. If you are shipping the same thing to more than 10 addresses, we can handle this for you and send an invoice.

    Love my memorial print of my pup

    I got a print of my pup diesel who passed away of parvo. It’s the most perfect print. Very detailed as well. Not a single detail was missed. They even included the whole spots in his nose. I could not be more happy with my print. Would definitely order from them again in the future.

    Looks great

    I submitted a pic that was low quality thinking they're going to do their art thing anyway. But I still was unsure about it after I submitted it. The great thing is they send a proof so I could see what I was getting ahead of time and this made all the difference. It looks great and it will be a great gift this holiday.
