    How long does it take to receive my order?

    Orders typically ship in 3-7 business days outside peak holiday times. Check the Shipping & Production page for the latest updates from the print lab and specific product estimates.

    Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?

    You can add a custom Gift Note to your order in the cart! We’ll print your note on thick paper and tuck it neatly in the box. We don’t offer gift wrapping, but orders come nicely packaged and we don’t include any invoice or receipt in the box so shipping direct with a gift note is a great gifting option. 

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide.

    Can I ship to multiple addresses?

    Yes! Once you place an order, email us and we can send you a URL to re-order the same product. If you are shipping the same thing to more than 10 addresses, we can handle this for you and send an invoice.

      Beautiful album!

      Our guestbook turned out beautifully--the photos look amazing! The pages are glossier than I expected so I am a tad worried they might smudge when people write on them, but hopefully we'll be ok using the recommended pens.

      This guest book is perfect. I love the thick pages, the lay flat design is perfect for guests to write in, the quality of the images is incredible. I couldn’t have gotten a better guest book for my wedding!

      Very elegant and amazing quality!

      We got this book for our engagement photos and we will be using it again for our wedding photos, honeymoon, and honestly every big life event! The quality is incredible, not just of the book itself but how the pictures still maintain their original great quality. I loved how I was able to customize it and even create my own set up of the pages if I didn't want to use a template.

      Amazing!

      We ordered our wedding guest book, and it came in absolutely beautiful! The page quality and photo clarity was perfect! Only suggestion would be to add ivory covers and black or white lettering for the cover! Overall very pleased!

      Such great quality!

      I purchased the wedding guest book with okay expectations as I’ve had poor experiences with other companies in the past and pages being mis-printed, ink smeared, etc.

      We were blown away with how our book turned out! The photo quality was so clear, it feels expensive and very nice quality, there is a nice thick front and back cover page for protection, and everything was exactly as I had hoped. Not one flaw! Not the mention it came in great time and packed very nicely for safe shipping! We will be using this company again for other books! So happy with how it turned out!
